In Milton Keynes community Islamic outreach, we come across several interesting conversations and questions from people. Why do religious standards are improtant for youth? What is the Islamic faith, and how does it shape their lives in a purposeful direction?
People who don’t have any religion still come and explore Islam because of their curiosity. Many people who visit us often agree with some of our beliefs. Left by taking a Quran copy or a booklet, and we gave 14 Quran copies and 100+ leaflets.
Dawah isn’t a one-time effort; it requires consistency and patience. We are nothing; what we can do is to spread the message of one God, and guidance comes from him. Our three revert brothers also visited us with their families, and their deep faith was a powerful reminder of sincerity and conviction.

Why Do Youth Need Religious Standards In Their Lives? Insights From CMK Conversations.
Religion gives youth the meaning and purpose of life. It offers them the frameworks and instructions to get the answers to their profound questions. Religion shapes them into good person and a source of benefit for their community.
The discussion we had with a middle-aged man who was very receptive. He wanted to talk about what the goodness of religion brings to life. When the discussion warmed up, he shared how Milton Keynes used to be.
What his youth was, and now teenagers are out of control. He was reminding us that we need religious standards in our lives. Because youngster who have faith and follow their religion have better emotional strength and capabilities to tackle stress.
They are involved in constructive activities and have clear direction about their goals in life. Because religion is the only thing that keeps you firm and steadfast on the path of faithfulness.
How To Handle Confrontation During Dawah Work?
Islamic outreach is a work that we only do for the sake of Divine mercy. But sometimes it does not go smoothly, and you have to face some rude and disrespectful people. As Islam taught us, how to handle difficult people. When an ignorant person comes to you, say Salam (peace be upon you) and move away.
We were packing up, and there was a small disruption on our stall. A man who came, first looked interested in the Quran. Then he got a bit abusive, and we all had to come to manage the situation.
May Allah (S.A.W) give patience to brother Razik who faces the situation. Our team doesn’t want any confrontation with him. But if he gets out of order, then we will have to deal with him in a firm and legal manner.
The servants of the Most Merciful are those who walk upon the earth in humility, and when the ignorant address them harshly, they respond with words of peace.

What Is The Purpose Of Life In Islam?
In Islam, the primary purpose of life is to worship and submit to one God (Allah). You have to spend your life obeying his commands and seeking his pleasure. You have the will to do good and bad deeds. But a believer always leads with good character to earn Allah’s reward on the day of judgment.
A Sikh youngster came to us, and our brother asked him, “What is your purpose of life?” He was thinking like a lot of thoughts but a bit short to say. We gave him a booklet that might help him to find an answer.
He said he didn’t read, but the MK team encouraged him because it’s a small booklet. He said he can return if he likes and was happy to take that booklet and go move on.
May Allah (S.A.W) make that leaflet the source of Noor in his heart and his first step towards guidance. Because He is the only one who can guide anyone to the right path. Ameen
Bletchley Stories Of Islamic Faith And Commitment To Salah:
What is the Islamic faith? A Christian lady who approached our stall asked a question. She didn’t know much about Muslim beliefs and values about Islam. We explain to her that Islam is a monotheistic religion and founded by the beloved Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W).
Allah descended His book, the Quran, upon him it is the core manual for Muslims. We believe Allah is the only one worthy of worship and Prophet Muhammad is the last messenger. In Islam, Jesus is regarded as the Prophet, not the son of God.
She took a copy of the Quran, Alhamdulillah and another Christian brother who was just standing. Came to us and said he wanted a copy of the Quran. Alhamdulillah
Why Muslims Pray At Work?
Praying the five daily Salahs is an obligation for Muslims. The noon and afternoon prayers fall during work hours. It gives them a moment to connect with Allah and answer His call. Muslims prioritise their salah over money, as they believe Allah is Ar-Razzaq, the ultimate Provider.
A sister who was passing by and she didn’t take a Quran. But she wants to share a story in Bengali about Muslims. One day, she was trying to catch a cab, an Uber, or something. But she’s not getting any cabs at all.
She waited for some time, and after that, there were a lot of cabs. She realised all the cab drivers were Muslims. And they went for the prayer, Alhamdulillah.
O you who believe! When the call is made for prayer on Friday, then hasten to the remembrance of Allah and leave off trade. That is better for you, if you only knew.

Misconception About Islam: A Christian Journey To Clarity In Kingston
An orthodox Christian from Romania named Julian visited us often. He read the Quran and agreed with our several beliefs. But still have misconceptions about Islam regarding how we are connected to the Creator (Allah).
This is because of some misguided people in his country who had understood the religion in the wrong form. He got some of this information from them. The MK Dawah team goes through the message that’s delivered in the Quran from the Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W).
About the miracles that are already explained in the Quran and some other points. We told him that there’s no intermediary between the Almighty and man in Islam. He already had some of our leaflets, so he said he would go through them again. And maybe visit us at another time with more questions, InshaAllah.
May Al Hadi guide him to the right path and grant him clarity, answering all his questions. Ameen
Big Bang VS Creation In Islam
The big bang theory discovered the evolution of the universe in 1931. But the Quran had revealed it 1400 years ago. A teenage born Christian who didn’t believe in Christianity. But he believed that there’s a high power.
During the conversation, our brother asked him what the purpose of this life is. How we came to this dunya. He said everything started with the Big Bang. But how, from the chaos, can everything be perfect in our universe?
It cannot be just a big bang, but it is a proper process by a Creator. He took the leaflets and asked if he had any questions where I could find you guys. We told him about our three stalls that are operating in CMK, Bletchley and Kingston.
Do not those who disbelieve see that the heavens and the earth were once a joined entity, then We separated them.
(Qur’an 21:30).
