In this phase of life, everyone is rushing towards achieving their goals. Making more money, setting up a successful business, and enjoying the luxuries of this life. Continuing the Dawah mission means you are the chosen one. Guiding people towards the right path with your gestures, meaningful conversations, and sharing perspectives.
With unwavering initiative, the MK Dawah team members are always on the front line to contribute. Whether in people’s lives or in supporting each other with their problems. If one member’s car is in the garage, and making it tough for him to reach the station. The other one is ready to support him by replacing his position at the station.
This is what Islam teaches us, and our mission to bring ease and comfort to people’s lives. When we give back to our community, Allah (S.W.T) returns it to you in 10x. May Allah accept our efforts and reward each member tremendously with His Rahma.
“Whoever comes with a good deed will have ten times the like thereof.”
Qur’an 6:160
One Promising & Comforting Message at Centra Milton Keynes:
Every Saturday, we had a lot of conversations with people. But some of them are particularly remarkable that stays with you.
Having a discussion with a Tamil-speaking Hindu man from India is one of them. At 9 am, our brother Rajhi was setting up the stall. He offered him a Quran, and that brother said he wanted one in his native language.
So, we helped him download a Tamil translation and then explained to him about Islam and the purpose of life. He listened very carefully and said that he has many Muslim friends. But no one even speaks to him about the Quran and Islam.
He arrived in this country in 2014, and this was his first time receiving a comforting, promising, and peaceful message. He took the copy of the Quran, promised to read it, and will come again next Saturday with his questions.
The second outstanding conversation occurred between our brother Favour and an Indian Hindu man named Neil. We were really surprised to see the interest of the Indian community in Islam. Neil mentioned that he had been asking his Muslim friends for a copy of the Quran for a long time. But had never received the one, so we gave him a Quran. He was very happy to get the copy and said he would read it. And return if he had any questions.
May Allah soften their hearts, enlighten their minds, and guide them to the path of His deen. Ameen
Why Some People Delay Shahadha?
This is the main pain point of the lengthy conversation with brother Orion. He agreed on everything, but wasn’t ready to take his Shahdha. He feared his family would prosecute him after this news.
This is the main fear Muslim reverts face before deciding on taking Shahadha. May the Almighty make it easy for him and his family to welcome his choice with love and understanding.

We met another sister who was Muslim, Alhamduillah. She has another Sikh sister who took her Shahada a year back. We put her in touch with our MK Dawah Sisters’ Muslim community. So, they can guide her in the basics of Islam and prayers.
“Convey from me, even if it is one ayah.”
Sahih al-Bukhari
Kingston Exploring Perspectives Led to Taking the Quran:
We had a conversation with a Trinitarian brother, Ibukun, who is just recently studying the Bible. Our team shared the Muslim perspective of God in Islam, the Prophets, as well as the Quran. He was not willing to accept the evidence. So, we advised him to do his personal research and not take the Quran.
Because Islam is not a forced religion. Everyone is allowed to do their comprehensive research, according to their perspective on finding the right path.

She Refused & Then Came Back:
We offered a leaflet to a sister named Chelsea. But she said she will take it on her way back. Normally, all people say this when they don’t want to take. But surprisingly, she came back and slowed down her walk when reached our stall. Brother Junaid offered her the leaflet and, after the conversation, made her accept the Quran.
Then we had another conversation with a Christian brother, Peter. But now he only believes in science. We try to offer him a copy of the Quran, but he refuses and leaves with only a leaflet.
May Allah accept our efforts, put barakah in our words to make us the means of their guidance. Ameen.
No One Offered Him A Quran:
Welcoming conversations always spark interest and curiosity. We approach a man called Jason, who been living in all religions’ land (different parts of the World). But never been offered the Quran, so we gave him a copy.
Sometimes, presenting evidence and speaking with sincerity can inspire someone to take their first step towards Islam. One initiative from your side can bring someone out of the darkness into the light of Hidayah.
“A Book We have revealed to you so that you may bring mankind out of darknesses into the light, by permission of their Lord.”
Qur’an 14:1
What Truly Happiness Is: Bletchley Dawah Stall
We are all finding true happiness that gives peace and calm to our mind and soul. But in actuality, where can we find it? That’s the point of discussion with a Nigerian brother, who only believes in culture and tradition.
Our MK Dawah member brother Adil gave him an example and said let put the religion aside. And imagine you sleep at home and suddenly wake up in an aeroplane first class. You see all the pleasantries of the first class, what’s the first thing that comes into your mind? Not to enjoy those luxuries but.
How did I get here? What am I doing here? Where is this flight taking me? What’s my final destination? We all want happiness in our lives. Some people think happiness is money, power or drugs. But the real happiness is finding your creator, the designer and the one who made you.
Then he gave him another example: imagine a man with red underpants. Knock on your door at one O’clock in the morning. You open the door, and he said I’m an electrician, I came to fix your electricity. You won’t believe him because you use the process of common sense.
A man with red underpants, without any ID and apointment, came to your door at 1 am.
How can one be an electrician? The same process of common sense we need to use to see the reality of life. There must be a higher authority in this universe who design and governs everything in perfect order.
He agreed with me that there’s a creator who is loving, caring and powerful. But still disagree in a spiritual need why God need to send a manual. He believed that these manuals were written by humans. We gave him the Quran, but he didn’t take it. But Alhamdulillah, his son, was there with him, and he took the Quran.
We are just trying to make efforts to guide them to the path that pleases Allah (S.A.W).
“So remind, for you are only a reminder. You are not a controller over them.”
Qur’an 88:21–22
Our brother Sadiq had a conversation with a French-speaking Christian lady, Assia. A person who leaves Islam because of a bad spouse experience. She married a Musim man and became Muslim, but her husband wasn’t a good man. She left Isam, then we had a discussion on other topics as well.
May Allah guide everyone we engage with and accept the hard work of every team member. We are seeking your forgiveness, shower of blessings and uplift in this Prophetic mission. Ameen
