Heavy Weather Conditions Never Stop Milton Keynes Dawah Mission:

Are you thinking about converting to Islam? Where to find the right support in the UK before becoming Muslim? This week, we encountered the following questions from people of different communities.

We are grateful to the sisters and brothers of the MK Dawah team, who consistently show up despite the weather conditions. Respond to people’s questions with profound knowledge, politeness, and the beautiful manners of Islam.

Your words leave an impact on their hearts and convince them to come towards Islam. This week, with the grace of Allah Almighty, we witnessed two Shahada. One brother and the other one is a sister.

It’s only Allah (S.A.W )’s blessing that he gave us the opportunities to show up on his way.

Allah is the one who guided every person to the right path; no one can do this.

“Indeed, you do not guide whom you love, but Allah guides whom He wills.”

(Quran 28:56)

Conversations in Central Milton Keynes Lead to Witnessing Shahad’s:

With the heart full of gratitude and happiness, we love to share that a Romanian brother took his Shahada. Constantine is 27 year old young man who lives in Milton Kenynes. He was thinking about Islam for a very long time, but never found a place where he could get the answers to his questions.

He went to different mosques, but did not get the clarity he wanted. Our Dawah work in the UK answers all his questions with clarity. Our brother Amin and his team member took his Shahada (SunhanAllah).

We all pray that Allah guides him and keeps him steadfast on this new journey. He became a source to benefit the Ummah and our community. Almighty grant him and all of us Jannatul Firdos with his unlimited Rahma.(Ameen)

Questions That Opens The Doors of Faith For A SIster

It was raining, the spot we were standing, so we moved to a place under a roof. It was quiet because of the dampness in the weather, so we decided to put the podium on the other side.

While we were setting up the podium, there was a sister walking by that side.

We stopped her and start conversation by asking the question what is the purpose of life to her. Her answers give us a hint that she might be studying to become a social worker.

She said, I want to support, care, look after, and help people. It is a noble purpose because, as humans, what we can do to make this place better is treat each other with empathy and love.

Our team asked her, does she think there is any other purpose greater than this?

She said I came here to SIT for an appointment and am getting late. My way back is here, so I will come back, and then we will continue the discussion.

Then we caught up with other people, and after some time, she came back. It was so nice, she kept her words. During the conversation, she talked about Palestinian brothers and sisters. How they show resilience, courage and steadfastness in the way of Islam.

She is pro-Palestinians and posts too many messages about their faith and calamities. Many people are interested in Palestianian circumatances and have been reverting to Islam. Sister Bethany look quiet involved and openly discusses everything.

She said one of her favourite lecturers is also a Muslim. And may Allah bless our brother, who guides her by answering every question with the example of social justice. How can we see and do it in Islam?

We think she already read or was reading the Quran. On the question of God, she respond I believe in one God, in the prophets, messenger and the books.

What is Free Will & Predestined in Islam?

Sister Bethny was very genuine, sincere, and open to the conversation. She asked questions about free will and predestination in Islam. Our brother Abdullah and another team member guided her.

Half an hour ago, you came, and we asked you a question about the purpose of life. Things were quiet on the stall, so we decided to move the podium to that place, if we didn’t. It is predestined that you were going to get this message, and we explained things about Islam to you.

You have a belief, but not the right direction. With your beliefs and faith, you are already a Muslim. Do you want to take shahdah?

She agreed at the spot, and with the Mercy of Allah, we witnessed another shahdah. May Allah bless her, and InshaAllah she will be a great addition to the Ummah. We will support her with Islamic guidance as a new revert and help her integrate into the community as soon as possible.

Is Islam Open To Questions?

Can anyone explore Islam without converting? That’s the thing, we realised behind people’s queries.MK Dawah Islamic Services is a place where you get step-by-step clarity of all your misconceptions.

A brother, Shashvin come and he asked a lot of questions. Our team spoke with him on different subjects, and he may come next week, InshaAllah, with more questions.

Another gentleman named Bob, a staunch atheist, said he read Bibile cover to cover. But nothing makes sense to him, even though his parents are religious. But he still grew as astheist, he listen us carefully and challenged our arguments. Alhamdulillah, the outcome was that he took a copy of the Quran and promised to read it carefully.

“And those who strive to understand for Our sake,  We will surely guide them to Our ways.”

(Qur’an 29:69)

People In Kingston Talk About Islam:

There’s quite curiosity in Kingston about Islam; people don’t always come with answers.

How the Dawah mission in Kingston is rooted in peace, patiance and manners of Islam. In the morning, our brother Junaid had one hour long conversation with a Veteran gentle man, Oliver (the Christian). They talked on different topics, and then he left.

Whilst there was a young lady, 7-8 years old, passing with her mother. They have books in their hands, maybe they are coming or going to the library. She asked her mother I want to read the Quran and point towards the store. Her mother said go ahead and she picked one copy of the Quran. We see the excitement in her eyes, but don’t know what’s going on behind the scenes.

May Allah place light in their heart, make the right path clear for them and ease in every step of their journey. Ameen

Dawah Stall In Bletchley:

The foundation of our Dawah mission is building slowly in Bletchley. The day was much better than last week. In the morning, not too many people come due to the rain, but it picked up when the wether condition improved.

We had some conversations with people and also distributed some leaflets. Our revert brother Constantine visited us and felt privileged to be able to walk through him the process of Wudu. And accompany him for the Asar prayer.

May Allah accept his efforts and give us strength to guide more people to the mission of Prophet Muhammad  (S.A.W).

Total Quran Copies Shared Distributed:

By the favour of Allah, we shared 17 Quran copies with some promises that they would read it fully. Some people ask themselves, but we don’t know what’s going on in their minds.

A Christian lady wanted to read an English Quran, so we handed it over.

Besides that, we had a lot of productive discussions with people and hope they will come next week with more questions. Many leaflets were also distributed to the people who showed interest.

May Almighty accept our efforts and bless us with His Raham hereafter.
