Are God’s timings always perfect? A brother who was in a quiet rush but stopped when we offered him a Quran. Why did the MK Dawah team stop him, but not anybody else? And how amazed he was by seeing the copy of the Quran.
Because he had been thinking about it since yesterday. A gentleman who has a choice given by his father to choose any religion. Exploring Islam at our dawah stand and was stunned by seeing a full chapter about Maryam A.S (Mary) in the Quran.
A Christian brother who genuinely wants to know how the Quran has been preserved throughout history? These experiences remind us that we plan every moment of our lives. But there’s a creator who also has plans for you. And His timings are always perfect for you.

In Central Milton Keynes, A Question About The Purpose Of Life To Jesus In Islam
The MK Dawah team start it’s work at 9:30 am. A guy was walking past, and our brother asked him a question. Can I stop you for a minute? He said yeah, sure. You look an educated person. Can you tell us what’s your purpose of life?
He looked at me while thinking and said for me, it’s just bringing my children up. He introduced himself as Andrew and said that at the age of 12, his father gave him a choice. To follow the religion that he was chosen, a Christian, or to have an independent view.
Then he moved to China and worked there for a long time. During that time, he explored several options. He mentions that many people in China are Christians, which we don’t see on TV. During the conversation, it turned out that he is studying Buddhism.
After a long discussion, our brother Abdullah also joined the conversation. Andrew was absolutely stunned when we told him that there’s an entire chapter in the Quran named after Maryam A.S (Mary).
We explained to him Surah Maryam and what Muslims believe about Jesus. The same Surah that has led a Christian lady to accept the Quran in CMK before. Muslims deeply love and respect Jesus as one of the greatest Prophets of Allah. The discussion moves towards the Islamic understanding of Prophets.
Muslims believe in all the Prophets Musa (A.S), Isa (A.S), and Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W). But Allah is the only one worthy of worship.
It is not for Allah to take a son. Glory be to Him! When He decrees a matter, He only says to it: ‘Be,’ and it is
Quran 19:35
We told him that Christians often respond this way to our teachings. They believe in Adam and the Holy books, but what’s the difference? It’s the difference of the Son of God that they say Astaghfirullah.
As Muslims, we say Jesus is the son of Mary. We asked him a question, “Did Jesus ever say he was God?” He said no. So, how do you say him, God? He was very deeply engaged throughout the conversation. Accepted a Quran with a literature book, the man in the red underpants, and several leaflets. Before leaving, he said I’ll come again for more discussion.
He Found The Lost Quran After 7 Years
A brother was walking by, and he was in a quiet rush. Our community member stopped him and offered a Quran. He said seven years ago, my friend from Kuwait gifted me a Quran. But unfortunately, I lost it after some months.
His friend came back from Kuwait yesterday and met him. During the meeting, he was thinking about the Quran, and in the morning, we offered him one. He was so amazed by the Islamic reconnection after years. And accepted the Quran with an open heart.
This incident gives a beautiful reminder of Allah’s mercy and perfect timing. We all struggle in our lives to achieve our goals and fulfill our dreams. But all we can do is put in efforts and leave the results and timings to the Almighty. Because he is the best of the planners.
From A Curious Seeker To A Revert Journey In Kingston
How has the Quran been preserved perfectly? The question raised by a brother whose name was Dylan stopped at our dawah stand. The Quran has been precisely preserved for over 1400 years orally and in writing.
The same question we encounter during our street dawah in Central Milton Keynes. Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) taught his companions verbally whenever a revelation came down. The primary method was memorization, and then later it was preserved in written form. We explained to him everything in detail.
He was very receptive and took a copy of the Quran. He also exchanged contact details with us, so more material could be shared with him. He seems very sincere and open-hearted towards learning about Islam.
May Al-Noor lighten his path with his Rahma and guide his heart towards the path of steadfastness. Ameen
Islam Mentorship UK Program For Revert Sisters And Brothers
During our community outreach, we met a revert brother who accepted Islam 9 months ago. He looked white at first glance; nobody would realize he’s Muslims. But he approached the team and share his conversion story to Islam.
He said a while ago he met some of our old team members from the MK Dawah outreach. They guide him towards Islam. He went back and talked to his Muslim friends, who helped him to learn more. And Allah guided him towards Islam, Alhamdulillah.
Our brother told him that we have a mentorship program in the UK for revert brothers and sisters. To support them in their journey of learning Deen from the very basics, with a separate mentor if they want. He mentioned that he already has a mentor and things are going well with him.
We invite him that he can meet us at any time in the coming weeks here in Bletchley. May Al-Nafi make him a source of benefit for the Ummah and allow his goodness to bring khayr to the hearts of people. Ameen.
Join MK Dawah In Keeping The Prophetic Mission Alive
Every week, we distribute 20+ Qurans and several leaflets. Are we doing something impactful? The discussion started between one of the MK Dawah team member with brother Rajhi. Out of 52 weeks in a year, we spend 50 weeks doing outreach, while 2 weeks are usually lost to bad weather.
In each week, if we give away 15 Qurans mean 750 Qurans that were not in Milton Keynes before. Are you thinking we’re doing nothing? It looks like a very small effort, but Allah SWT reminded us.
What you do, do with sincerity and full effort. Because waht matter is your niyah and only Allah will reward it. You can also join us to continue this mission of spreading Islam. Because it’s only Allah who chooses a soul to spread his message. You can reach out through our contact form on the website, email, phone, and social media platforms.
